Background
In Firefox 3, the user interface for the phishing protection was changed to be consistent with the UI for malware protection. This meant that a new about: page was created — about:blocked — to give the user feedback on why the page hadn’t loaded. This preference determines the about: link to use when encountering phishy websites.
Possible values and their effects
A string specifying the text after “about:” for the page to visit when detecting phishy websites. Default value is blocked.
