A key point is missing: Firefox must be closed when you try to copy files. As it is written now, the last step before copying files is creating a new profile. Presumably, this leaves the browser open.--AnotherGuest. 16:30, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
Good point. I added "Then completely close Firefox." to make it explicit. I also added the same text to the Thunderbird version of the article. Tanstaafl 21:55, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
I added a sentence of explanation. A step in a procedure is commonly ignored or forgotten. If they understand it, maybe they will remember to do it.--AnotherGuest. 18:40, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
