I removed the note that the Buttons! extension no longer provides a Select SMTP! button. Its still documented on the authors web site, and I'm using that button with version 0.5.3.2 of the extension and Thunderbird 2.0.0.6. If somebody has a problem with that button I suggest they create a thread in the forums. Tanstaafl 00:44, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
