http://home.iitk.ac.in/~anupamsr/chromedit.xml produces a 404 27 August 2006 American Finn

The first link still produces a 404. The link for ChromEdit Plus goes to a Mozilla sandbox which requires a Mozilla Add-on account to access. The only publicly accessible version on that web site is at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/17 , which only supports Firefox: 0.9 – 1.0.7 . Its dated October 27, 2004 . The ChromEdit Plus SE page says its been discontinued and to use ChromEdit Plus instead. It has a link to http://webdesigns.ms11.net/chromeditp.html . Perhaps the three links should be replaced with a single link to the authors ChromEdit Plus page. Tanstaafl 23:51, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

Rename or redirect this article

I'd like to rename this article from ChromEdit to "Configuration editing extensions" if no one objects. It already includes links to both ChromEdit and ChromEditPlus. See the discussion in Knowledge Base changes#Extension listings in the Knowledge Base. Alice 02:19, 18 July 2008 (UTC)

Another (better?) suggestion was made, to simply redirect this article to Editing configuration which already has a ChromEdit section. Alice 01:43, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
