Background

Under Mac OS X, the list of fonts available to Mozilla is grouped by font “family.” As a result, some font styles may not be available in (for example) the font preferences dialog for user selection. This preference works around the problem by specifying a comma-delimited list of fonts to consider separate families.

Possible values and their effects

A comma-delimited list of fonts to treat as separate families. Default is Osaka-Mono.
