Background

When the update wizard pops up with a new update, a link for more information about the contents and/or purpose of the update is available. A software update can specify where this link goes. This preference specifies a default URL for the “More information about this update” link in the wizard when the update does not supply a link.

Possible values and their effects

The URL to visit when a user clicks “More information about this update” in the software update wizard. Default is http://%LOCALE%.www.mozilla.com/%LOCALE%/%APP%/releases/
