[http://music.yahoo.com/ Yahoo! Music] (aka Y! Music aka Y! Launch aka Launch.com) officially requires the use of Internet Explorer to view its videos. You will receive the following message if you try to access it Firefox or Mozilla Suite:
If Yahoo music videos do not work on your system, the [https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/1879 Media Wrap] extension will allow embedded media  to work in Firefox with your installed plugins, on the Yahoo music and video site and on other sites that normally require Internet Explorer.  


To use this application with Netscape, you must use version 7.1 or above. Download now.

Fortunately there's a workaround. (This doesn't work for Launchcast Radio, just for the music videos.)
 
* Install [[Windows Media Player | Windows Media Player]] and its Mozilla plug-in for Windows/Mac or [http://mplayerplug-in.sourceforge.net/ mplayerplug-in] for Linux, etc.
* Install [http://greasemonkey.mozdev.org/ Greasemonkey] and restart.
* Install the [http://www.pooyak.com/p/pklaunch/ pkLaunch] script into Greasemonkey.
* Activate Greasemonkey (click on the sad monkey face on the status bar).
 
You should now be able to access the videos.

The new version of the Yahoo! Music Video Player now requires Windows 2000 or higher and uses Flash. The system requirements are listed here.

If Yahoo music videos do not work on your system, the Media Wrap extension will allow embedded media to work in Firefox with your installed plugins, on the Yahoo music and video site and on other sites that normally require Internet Explorer.
