Application settings

Firefox and Mozilla Suite have settings to enable or disable cookies. You should ensure Firefox or Mozilla Suite is set to allow cookies from the site.

  • Firefox: Open Tools -> Options -> Privacy and make sure "Accept cookies from sites" is checked and that the site you're trying to access isn't listed under "Exceptions".

Zone Alarm

The Zone Alarm software firewall has a feature that can block cookies. If you're using Zone Alarm, double-click its icon in the system tray in the lower right corner of the screen.
