Uninstalling Internet Explorer

I am using Mozilla as default browser can I now delete/uninstall Internet Explorer?

You can, however Internet Explorer is tightly integrated with your OS (Windows 2000/Windows XP) and it is not recommended.

There are sites that will only work with Internet Explorer so you might still need it. Windows Update will only work with Internet Explorer which means that you can have problems to find and download additional downloads.

If you are not using Internet Explorer - you can delete the icon on the desktop and only use it when necessary. And always keep your OS updated - even if the bugfix is only for Internet Explorer and/or Outlook Express.
