Frequently Encountered Issues
- Thunderbird forgets my passwords.
- Thunderbird shows empty folders after migrating my profile.
- When I forward messages, Thunderbird tries to forward the message in some weird sort of attachment that no one can read. It doesn't copy the message into the new message.
- College students or others who use webmail interfaces tend to have this problem, as well as users of command-line clients like PINE and Mutt. The fix: Turn off HTML/MIME
