I think this could be confusing to the reader unless we say how the article title is incorrect. Can we not use the same format as for the usual incorrect title template, i.e. state what the correct title is? Or state that "the title of this article is incorrectly capitalized"? --Mozcerize 17:08, 2 February 2006 (UTC)

How about something like this instead:
{{{filename}}} is a file in the profile folder. Note that it is incorrectly capitalized in the title of this article due to technical limitations in the wiki software.
That's similar to how I recently modified Template:Wrongtitle. I added "in the wiki software" so that you don't have to click on the link (and wait forever for the wikipedia page to load) to find out what "technical limitations" is referring to. I don't think we need the "do not edit" part like is in the preferences articles. I can't think of a single time someone has tried to edit the user.js or userChome article the way they do with the prefs articles (what's up with that, anyway?!). --wintogreen 18:06, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
