That article is getting too long and cluttered, and you can't reliably link to a specific section in it because if the section name changes then the link no longer works. I made this a separate TB article primarily because there are a couple other TB articles (for [[Thunderbird : FAQs : Changing Profile Folder Location | migrating]] and [[Thunderbird : FAQs : Backing Up and Restoring | backing up]]) that refer to the .slt folder and I wanted to insert an ".slt folder" link that provides the relevant info without all the clutter. That would be fine, but please do not merge this back into the main profile folder article. That article is getting too long and cluttered, and you can't reliably link to a specific section in it because if the section name changes then the link no longer works. I made this a separate TB article primarily because there are a couple other TB articles (for migrating and backing up) that refer to the .slt folder and I wanted to insert an ".slt folder" link that provides the relevant info without all the clutter.
