| :If there is some critical missing information for new users it should be added as a paragraph in the Getting Started article, like we did for leaving messages on the POP server. However, I didn't notice any in the new user tips article. We replaced two of the sections of the OSA tutorial with links to KB articles. There is no reason why we couldn't add a link to another article in Getting Started to address another topic (though it should be for a specific user task, not yet another getting started overview). That will preserve any links to the article that may have been created, including Google search results, in the year and six months that have passed since the article was written.
