The message "This object has been blocked." when downloading files is usually caused by Zone Alarm Pro or other software-based firewalls blocking a certain file type. See below for recommended firewall settings, clear the browser's cache (In Firefox: Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Cache -> Clear. In Mozilla Suite: Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Cache -> Clear Cache), then try again.

The eTrust Firewall is based on ZoneAlarm Pro so the same solution applies (turn off "Cookie Control," "Ad Blocking," and "Mobile Code Control"). [1]
