To fix this problem in Zone Alarm. Double click left mouse button on Zone Alarm in the task bar in the lower right corner. With ZA open, click on "Privacy" button in the left hand part of the screen. Then click on the "main" tab in the upper right part of the screen. Once you're in, Turn Off "Cookie Control", Turn Off "Ad Blocking and Turn Off "Mobile Code Control. After you're finished, Check for updates. That's all. Mozilla will now download.
