Mozilla will not connect (Windows XP SP2)
First of all - none of the Mozilla products are listed on Microsoft site as software having problems after installation of Service Pack 2 for Windows XP.
- In SP2 the internal firewall is strengthened and enabled by default. Check that Mozilla is set as an exception and is allowed to connect.
- If that does not help - try a new profile
- If that does not help - try to reinstall Mozilla
