First of all - none of the Mozilla products are listed on Microsoft site as software having problems after installation of Service Pack 2 for Windows XP.
 
*In Windows SP2 the internal firewall is strengthened and enabled by default. Check that Mozilla Suite is set as an exception and is allowed to connect.
*If that does not help - try making a [[Profile Manager|new profile]]
*If that does not help - try to reinstall Mozilla Suite
