A knowledge base account is available for the asking, the only reason for this process is to help combat spam. Please mention what username you'd prefer. It might take a day or two to get a reply. If you have a mozillaZine forum account you could request a knowledge base account in the Moderation / Spam / Registration / Login Activation Requests thread instead. That would be much faster.
