Creating a MozillaZine Knowledge Base account will not get you help with your Firefox/Thunderbird/Mozilla Suite/whatever. If you want to discuss your problems, post in the forum.
A MozillaZine Knowledge Base account lets you edit the documentation in the MozillaZine Knowledge Base. Because of problems with spam, new accounts can only be created by existing members.
