A MozillaZine Knowledge Base account lets you edit the documentation in the MozillaZine Knowledge Base. A MozillaZine Knowledge Base account is separate from a forum account - which lets you discuss topics in the forum - and is separate from a main page account - which lets you discuss news on the main page. If you're not interested in editing documentation, you have no need for a MozillaZine Knowledge Base account.
