For example, by hovering the mouse over the "save page" or "show preview" button on the edit page of a Mediawiki wiki (such as MozillaZine), one will see a tooltip indicating the relevant shortcut (i.e., alt-s (or ctrl-s) and alt-p (or ctrl-p) for saving and previewing, respectively).
