A lot can be done without ever touching the mouse. This is a list of the keyboard shortcuts you can use for various things within the Mozilla Suite. Many of these will work in Firefox too.

Ctrl++ or Ctrl+- Make text larger or smaller
Ctrl+0 Reset text size to default
Alt+D, Ctrl+L, or F6 Focus and highlight Location/Address Bar (Alt+D in German [Win] version opens File menu)
Ctrl+D Bookmark displayed webpage
Ctrl+E Load current page into Composer
Ctrl+Shift+F Load home page of default search engine
Ctrl+G or F3 Repeats the last search on the page forward or backward using the 'Find As You Type' feature. Holding down Shift with F3 or Ctrl+G searches backward.
Ctrl+I View Page Info
Ctrl+L, Alt+D, or F6 Focus and highlight Location/Address Bar (Alt+D in German [Win] version opens File menu)
Ctrl+N Add a New Window (Ctrl+T for new tab)
Ctrl+O Open file from your computer (not a website URL)
Ctrl+P Print Page
Ctrl+Q Quit (Warning: Mozilla won't confirm it with you and will close all open windows)
Ctrl+R or F5 Refresh/Reload Page
Ctrl+Shift+R Force Refresh/Reload (not from cache)
Ctrl+S Save Page
Ctrl+T Add a New Tab (Ctrl+N for new window)
Ctrl+U View Page Source
Ctrl+W Close current tab or, if only one tab open, close current window
F3 or Ctrl+G Repeats the last search on the page forward or backward using the 'Find' feature. Holding down Shift with F3 or Ctrl+G searches backward.
F5 or Ctrl+R Refresh Page (Ctrl+Shift+R to 'force' reload/refresh not from cache)
F6, Alt+D, or Ctrl+L Focus and highlight Location/Address Bar (Alt+D in German [Win] version opens File menu)
F7 Show/Hide Caret/Cursor
F9 Show/Hide Sidebar
F11 Turn on/off Full-Screen mode
Shift+Enter (from the location bar) Save current web page.
Ctrl+Enter (from the location bar) Open web page in new tab.
Ctrl+PageDown or Ctrl+Tab Switch one tab to the Right (next tab)
Ctrl+PageUp or Ctrl+Shift+Tab Switch one tab to the Left (previous tab)
