General
- Mozilla will not start up.
- Mozilla is no longer working properly (Standard diagnostic)
- When I try to start Mozilla, it says my profile is already in use.
- Lost settings, e-mail, bookmarks, etc.
- Applying security updates.
- Mozilla freezes and/or crashes from time to time.
- Mozilla hijacked my picture settings.
- Mailto links don't open my default mail client.
- A theme is messed up or won't install.
- I installed an extension and now my Mozilla is not working.
Website Problems
- Mozilla will not connect to any website including "document contains no data" and "connection was refused" errors
- Mozilla will not connect to any website (Windows XP SP2).
- Mozilla will not connect to certain websites
- I can not download any files. Mozilla says that the object has been blocked.
- The page www.dot.com (example) looks weird or does not work in Mozilla.
- I'm trying to view a file on a website but all I see is a bunch of garbled text.
- My bank site blocks Mozilla!
- Why does Mozilla not work with Windows Update?
- Enabling Pop-Up Blocking.
Plugin Problems
- Problems with Java.
- Problems with Flash.
- Problems with viewing PDF files or using the Adobe Reader plugin.
- Problems with Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0.1 mousemove event on Linux .
