| The Knowledge Base is intended to provide factual information about Mozilla products for users and developers. As such, the general situation is that questions are asked in the forums, and when a suitable answer has been provided then this information is written up in the Knowledge Base. These resources are the result of community effort! If you have had your question answered in the forums, show your appreciation by writing the answer up in the Knowledge Base :-)
