Sunbird uses the fonts sized as specified by your operating system window manager, so text matches the other windows on your screen. The simplest way to change the font is often via your operating system window manager.
- On W2k, you can make fonts larger by Start | Settings | Control Panel | Display | Appearance (tab), then under 'Scheme' select a large scheme such as "Windows Standard (extra large)"
