Firefox 2.0 introduced Microsummaries for bookmarks — a way to extract a bit of information from a web page and display it in the bookmark’s title. This preference determines whether the microsummary service retrieves that information for bookmarks.

Possible values and their effects

Allow the microsummary service to retrieve information for bookmarks with microsummaries. (Default)
