Background

When web pages don’t explicitly set their background color, Mozilla consults this preference for the color to use instead. Additionally, users can force web pages to use this color as the background color.

This preference was formerly named browser.background_color.

Possible values and their effects

A hex color value determining the default background color. Default is #000000.
