Alt Enter doesn't work

This article applies to Firefox.

This is Bug 185382. Alt-Enter will not work for Windows 9x/ME because of bad event handling. Currently targeted to be fixed for Firefox 1.1. Alt-Enter in Firefox opens the URL that's currently in the Location bar in a new tab and is the equivalent of Ctrl-Enter on Mozilla.
