About Nelson B
Nelson Bolyard is a module owner of NSS, the Network Security Services component of Mozilla browser and email client products.
NSS is a set of open source libraries that perform cryptographic algorithms, and implement cryptographic protocols such as SSL, TLS, S/MIME, PKCS12, among others. NSS also includes a set of command line utility programs and QA test tools. Besides Mozilla products, NSS is used in server products from Sun Microsystems, in Red Hat Linux, and in uncounted numbers of other products.
Nelson started work on NSS in September 1996 at Netscape Corporation, and has worked on NSS ever since then.
