The first choice is the default in Firefox. When it is selected, and Safe Browsing is enabled, the application periodically checks for the provider for updates and adds them to a database, stored in urlclassifier2.sqlite. They are set by the application and used to control updates. The application sets various urlclassifier.keyupdatetime.* and urlclassifier.tableversion.* values to record the timestamps and version numbers of downloads from the Safe Browsing provider.
