Talk:Websites randomly don't load

I removed the reference to firewalls "and other security software". This section is about random behavior, not firewalls, which do not act randomly. Firewalls block connections either all the time or never. If someone wants to discuss content filtering by Internet security software, then a much more specific and accurate statement is needed.

In a perfect world, firewalls don't act randomly. In this world, I have personally experienced a firewall (ZoneAlarm) randomly interfering with internet connections, eventually fixed by a clean install of the firewall. --name already taken 23:30, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

Combine articles?

It was suggested that the three articles we now have about problems loading websites be combined into a single article, to avoid confusion. As this would involve the three articles that are now linked by a 4th Error loading websites article, I started a new discussion there: Talk:Error loading websites.
