If you asked a question in a web based Firefox support area and this article solved your problem, please go back to your original question and mark it as solved, if you found your own solutions to your problem likewise mark as solved with additional information, or if you still need help with the question include additional information so that others in the community can benefit from your experience, or that you can get additional help from others.

I removed the above section since it doesn't have anything to do with the article itself and would apply equally to any KB article that ties to solve a problem or answer a question.

The same applies to the "See also" section's only entry,
What Links Here (Use "What links here") link in right-hand column for other MozillaZine KB articles linking to this page.
I left that in since there may be other "See also" links added later but it really doesn't belong either. Alice 00:58, 31 July 2011 (UTC)
