userChrome.js and extensions

Here is why I reverted the edit by User:Mozcerize of 9 January 2007

You must install an extension to support the userChrome.js file—that is, to make it work. Currently, the only extension that makes it work seems to be the userChrome.js extension.

You can optionally install an extension to edit the userChrome.js file. Editing the file is not the same as making it work. Currently, the only extension that supports editing the file seems to be ChromEdit Plus. This is mentioned in the section on editing the file.

If you know other extensions that make the userChrome.js file work, or that can edit the file, please provide links.
