The Issues sections should probably be split off onto their own pages Theme bugs, Theme changes, Theme hacks, etc.

There's tons of great content, ideas, and hacks in the forums that could be written up or copied here to help make the KB a more complete theme development reference.

I started writing some of this stuff up on devmo, but I'm thinking it might get more attention here. As a result I might do some radical changes. ~Anders
