Cannot receive new messages / Cannot receive mail

KB needs new article with a symmetric name to Cannot send mail that deals with this problem on a more general level and includes info on firewall, antivirus, time-out, and other causes like http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=2217508#2217508 in addition to ones mentioned in this article. --American Finn 14:56, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
