Background

When dragging elements in Mozilla’s UI, you may see an image next to your mouse pointer that indicates the object is part of the drag session (the “drag feedback”). For most platforms, this image is translucent. GTK under Linux, however, does not support translucency in the drag image. Rather than display strange graphic artifacts with the drag image, this preference was created to allow the drag image to be temporarily disabled.

Use to eliminate/remove/hide/restore ghost image/picture attached to cursor when dragging link, favicon, picture, or tab.

Display an image (when specified) during drag sessions. (Default)

False

Do not display an image during drag sessions.
