I can not delete some folders in Mail

Always try to compact all folders and then retry to delete the folders.

File/Compact folders

If that does not work - you could try to shut down Mozilla and then delete the folders - manually in your profile. You should be able to locate the folders you want to delete in the Mail directory (as two files)
