Background

Certain CJK fonts include incorrect data for underline offsets. This causes Mozilla to render underlined text using these fonts poorly. To correct for this, Mozilla calculates a new, corrected underline offset for fonts known to have bad data. This preference contains a list of fonts for which underline offsets should be recalculated.

Possible values and their effects

A comma-separated list of fonts which need their underline offsets corrected. Default value is FangSong,Gulim,GulimChe,MingLiU,MingLiU-ExtB,MingLiU_HKSCS,MingLiU-HKSCS-ExtB,MS Gothic,MS Mincho,MS PGothic,MS PMincho,MS UI Gothic,PMingLiU,PMingLiU-ExtB,SimHei,SimSun,SimSun-ExtB,Hei,Kai,Apple LiGothic,Apple LiSung,Osaka
