Background

The Add-ons Manager dialog featured a rarely-used “Install” button. For Firefox 2.0, this button was hidden; however, since the Add-ons Manager can be used in other applications which may not have an alternate extension/theme installation method, the button can be shown or hidden by setting this preference.
