Background

Site icons/favicons were briefly (partially) disabled in Mozilla Suite due to caching issues. When the functionality was restored in 1.6 Alpha, this preference was created to allow finer-grained control over caching behavior.

Never load site icons for the Bookmarks menu or the Personal Bookmarks Toolbar. (Default)

Load site icons for the Bookmarks Menu and Personal Bookmarks Toolbar if the icons are already cached locally.
